The LFHE Aurora programme aims to develop future leaders for higher education. During the Power and Politics day, participants gain an understanding of institutional power and politics; develop insight into the political systems within their own organisation; explore personal positioning, influence and negotiation and consider a priority plan for their future development and actions. It’s a privilege to work with such inspirational colleagues from across the higher education sector. Now looking forward to planning and preparing cycle 5 of the Aurora programme, starting in October 2017.
