Denmark and Sweden: higher education exploration

Just back from a fascinating exploration of higher education leadership practice in Denmark and Sweden, as part of the LFHE’s Top Management Programme. Meetings with colleagues from widely differing institutions including the University of Copenhagen (founded in 1479), The Danish Technical University, Copenhagen Business Academy, Roskilde University (founded in 1972 to “challenge academic traditions and to experiment with new ways to create and acquire knowledge”), Lund University and Malmo University (Malmo University is currently a university college, but will become a full university on 1^st January 2018).
