Jo Roberts is a market research consultant with over six years extensive experience working across a wide range of sectors, leading both quantitative and qualitative projects.
In her roles at a recruitment marketing agency and with Stamp Consulting she has worked with higher education institutions, local authorities and governmental departments on recruitment research and the evaluation of marketing channels and strategies including press campaigns, prospectuses, hard copy, digital communications plus web sites and online stakeholder interfaces.
Jo has also worked in the commercial sector for a leading research agency on projects including advertising testing, the tracking and evaluation of marketing strategies and product testing. Clients have included a wide range of global companies including FMCG, automotive and finance. Jo has also worked client-side for a major news agency producing sales and market reports, evaluating customer satisfaction, including reviewing the experiences of website users.
Jo is sought-after for her skills in designing and conducting bespoke research solutions (quantitative, qualitative and via online channels) to meet a great diversity of clients’ needs. Her experiences across such a breadth of sectors give her a strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide clear and actionable recommendations.
Jo holds a BA (Joint Hons) in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Leeds.
