Supporting candidates preparing for new leadership roles… Interview focus is inevitably on the candidate and their answers, but it’s critical for interviewees to ask questions that delve beneath job descriptions, examine institutional commitment plus the resource capability to deliver on future strategies and stated organisational ambitions.  

The Canadian higher education context

Preparing briefings on the Canadian Higher Education context for the LFHE’s Top Management Programme International Assignment, based in Toronto, later this month. The cohort will have discussions with a wide range of institutions, meeting leadership teams from Toronto, York and Ryerson Universities, plus Seneca College, Sheridan College and George Brown College of Art and Design.
